CLADBOY NOW AVAILABLE WITH DUAL CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGY |
|

|
According CE regulation EN 13155 it is in all countries of the European union obliged to apply a secondary safety system when a vacuum lifter is used at a construction site.
This secondary safety system may be realized in the following way's:
A. 1 (single) vacuum circuit and the use of an additional holding device
(falling safety straps).
B. 2 (dual) independant vacuum circuits each connected to a separate set of suction pads
capable to hold at least a load corresponding to 2 times the max. load limit.
If the vacuum fails in 1 circuit, the CladBoy will hold the load by the other circuit,
a visual and acoustic alarm warns the operator.
Advantages of the CladBoy with dual circuit compared to the CladBoy with traditional safety straps:
- Cannot be forgotten.
- Time saving.
- Fits all element shapes, sizes and installation positions.
The dual vacuum circuit technology is now available on the VIAVAC cladboy panel lifter.

EVEN LONGER ROOF PANELS |
|

|
More and more longer roof panels are being used.
Several years ago, 13 up to 14 metres was the maximum; whereas now, projects with lengths of 18 metres are no longer considered an exception.
In many cases, the roof surface is now bridged by 1 panel, whereas previously there were 2 being used.
The VIAVAC cladboy contributed largely to make this development possible. Recently however, on various projects roof panels with a length over 20 meters have been installed using the VIAVAC cladboy.
The length limit which is ultimately possible, is determined by what the manufacturer can produce and what can still be transported over public roads within reason.
The longest panels as far as we know are recently installed with a length of 28 metres!!
The VIAVAC CladBoy seems the perfect lifting solution for this. With it's modular design, the device can be easily adapted to install these giants without problem.

UNLOADING LONG SANDWICH PANEL PACKS
|
|

|
Unloading and in particular unloading long panel packs can cause variousproblems.
Damage can occur by using lifting slings, or when fork-lift trucks or cranesare used, there is a danger of buckling as the forks cannot be wide enough fromeach other.
To solve this problem, VIAVAC now offers the "PackBoy”.
Hanging from the crane with this system in the standard version, packages of max.
20 metres in length and 4 tones in weight can be unloaded quickly and thenplaced in at the desired location directly with the use of the crane.
VIAVAC now offers the PackBoy on hire. Consequently a safe and damage freesolution for unloading long panel packages is now available.

SUCTION PADS FOR SINUS PROFILE
|
 |
From an esthetical point of view, panels with awave profile are frequently used.
Initially if this was mainly the case with facades, we now see this is more and more used with slope roofs.
Enabling to install these panels with the use of vacuum, VIAVAC has developed suitable suction pads for almost all the different sinus profiles available onthe market.
These suction pads are now both available for sale and hire.
Thus you can now also benefit the advantage of the VIAVAC cladboy when installing panels with a sinus profile.
